He is a graduate of Virginia State University where he obtained a B.A. in Political Science, and Howard Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. While at Howard, Attorney Winston was recognized by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) for excellence in trial advocacy after winning ATLA’s regional trial competition (Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina) and placing second nationally.
